Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be ready for collection
How does it work?
Once you’ve picked your bike, head to checkout and choose ‘Collect in Store’ as your shipping method
Fill in your postal code and find your nearest store
Click proceed to billing and finish your order
After we process your order, you’ll get an order confirmation with all the details you need from your chosen dealer
The dealer will assemble your bike for free – when it’s ready, they’ll contact you to arrange a collection time
For security, you’ll need to print your order confirmation and bring it with you (if you don’t have a printer, you can bring the order number along with a form of ID)
The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your order has been collected
