Riding a bike, as well as walking, as undoubtedly the best way to exercise.

Nowadays, riding a bike is an easy and fun way to keep in shape, with rewarding effects for your health.

While riding, all of your muscles are sollicited and the benefits can be observed overall, but most particularly in your heart, lungs, muscles and bones.

Whether you are riding a MTB or a road bike, comfort and efficiency first come from a frame that is adapted to the cyclist’s morphology : shorter top tube, a more compact frame to get on  / off the bike easier, a smaller and lighter frame that gives the best position while riding while distributing your weight evenly on the bike, so as to optimize every pedal stroke.

Unlike running, riding a bike is much easier on your joints.The benefits of riding include:
