Yesterday in Lanarvily (Brittany), Francis Mourey added to his write-up in the history of French cyclo-cross.
For the 11th consecutive year, he took the French cyclo-cross cup. A major accomplishment which we will understand better in the future.
Unhappy on the 2nd round (mechanical problem) and beaten by a few inches by Clément Venturini, the FDJ rider this time had a problem-free race. He won the third and final round of the French cup, plus the overall standings ahead of Clément Venturini and Fabien Canal.
A good augur for the French championships, which will take place in Pontchateau on the 10th and 11th of January 2015.
