We have never been so far... “The Assassins stage”

May 1910. Two months before the start of the 8thedition of the Tour de France, Alphonse Steines drove his car to the foot of the Col du Tourmalet in the Pyrenees.

He was a journalist at L'Auto and was responsible for planning the route for the Tour de France. For quite some time, he’d had just one idea in mind: he wanted to find out if it was possible for the riders in the next edition to enter the Pyrenees for the first time. No one had ever dared to try this before.

Enduro World Series #8 Finale - Nico Vouilloz and Adrien Dailly end their season on a high note !

8th and final round of the Enduro World Series season, Finale Ligure is now a classic in the MTB Enduro season. There was no big suspense for the final overall classification, but the fight for the podium promised to be great, and it was!

Enduro World Series #7 Ainsa - Nico Vouilloz 6th, Adrien Dailly unlucky

This weekend the 7th and penultimate round of the Enduro World Series, in Ainsa, Spain showed a great fight between the top contenders.

Loic Bruni is world champion!

What an amazing result! After a fantastic 2nd place on the World Cup circuit, Loic Bruni concluded his 2015 season in the best possible way.

World Cup #7 in Val di Sole - Loic second overall!

The best DH riders were all in Val Di Sole this week-end for the last world cup round of the season.

World Cup #6 Windham - First Elite podium place for Loris!

First Elite season and first podium for Loris Vergier. He’s only 19 years old but already fast, this weekend Loris took a great 3rd place in Windham!

World Cup #5 - Mont Saint Anne - Bruni was so close...

As every year, the month of August is marked by North American rounds of the World Cup. First stop last weekend in Mont Saint Ann, province of Quebec. 

Thibaut Pinot masters Alpe d'Huez !

It was worth the wait! After a hard first week of the Tour de France, and a second week where he came close to victory, Thibaut claimed victory on the most legendary mountain stage of the Tour de France, with the finish at the top of the Alpe d'Huez.

Bruni hat trick!

For his 3rd year in the Elite category, Loic Bruni claimed victory in the French Championships once again, in Oz en Oisans.

Pinot was close

The Tour de France comes around every year, but is never a repeat history for Team FDJ. After an amazing 2014 edition, with the final podium and the white jersey of best young rider on the shoulders of Thibaut Pinot, the FDJ Team has not been lucky this year.

Nico Vouilloz back on the podium!

Back in France for the 4th round of the Enduro World Series, which took place this weekend in Samoens. A great opportunity for Team Lapierre Gravity Republic to shine on home soil! Before this round, Adrien Dailly was leading the U21 category and Nico Vouilloz was in the top 10 in the Elite category.

Tour de France - Let’s go !
